Mukta is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad and has previously worked with the capital markets advisory and execution at Kotak Investment Banking.
Over the last few years she has pursued her interests in music and education and has worked on the design and creation of content, led the academy and various artist initiatives at The Whitefield Project as CEO, and created Indian music courses in a modern and age-appropriate format for young children through her own venture, Tootly.
Music has always been an integral part of Mukta’s life. She first performed on stage at age 3, and began formal training at 7. She has trained in Hindustani classical vocal for over 13 yrs under Late Pandit Vasantrao Rajurkar of the Gwalior Gharana.
